What a wild ride — I loved every second of it! It was exciting, fun, and left me feeling really happy afterward.

I tried to cancel after my plans changed, the whole process was kind of ridiculous. It took forever to get replies, and the refund info wasn’t clear at all. I did eventually get it sorted out, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth or pleasant experience...

I was in a relaxed mood going in, and this route ended up being exactly what I wanted. It wasn’t boring, but it also wasn’t nonstop chaos the whole time. There was a nice balance of faster water and calmer stretches where you could actually enjoy the scenery. Our guide chose a line that felt safe but still kept things exciting. I’d definitely do that same route again

I booked through whitewaternow and overall had a good experience. I was definitely a bit nervous, especially when the water got rough in a few spots, but the guide made me feel safe the whole time. They checked all our gear, explained the safety stuff clearly, and didn’t make anyone feel rushed. I’m still not totally sure rapids are my comfort zone, but they handled everything calmly and kept an eye on everyone, which helped a lot. Mixed feelings because it was intense, but i’d probably go again.

The rafting itself was still a good time, so no real complaints there. I do feel like the whole post-trip experience used to be better, though. The changing area was crowded, and the showers could’ve been cleaner. They had a spot to sit and hang out afterward, which was nice, but it wasn’t exactly comfortable or inviting. The staff was friendly as usual, but once the trip was over it kind of felt like you were on your own.

I saw the rafting pics and at first was like, okay, these look cool. I kind of assumed they’d all be the same quality, but a few ended up blurry or darker than expected. Not a huge deal, just wish the photo quality was a little more consistent.

I had a really fun time here. The staff kept the energy up and made everyone feel comfortable, and our group was laughing through most of it. It ended up being one of those experiences I’d happily do again.

They sent the pickup time clearly, and the van showed up right when they said it would, which makes me think they probably have their logistics dialed in overall. The driver was relaxed, helped with bags, and kept everyone moving without making us feel rushed. Drop-off after rafting was just as smooth, with no awkward waiting around. I’d use them again because the whole thing was simple and didn’t turn into a hassle.

The scenery was nice and pleasant to look at, but it wasn’t anything super special. What made it a bit frustrating was all the waiting around, it kind of took away from the experience...

Our group ended up having a blast. I’ll admit I felt a little pressured at first to go along with everything, but once we got started it was actually really fun. The guides were super chill and made the whole experience feel easygoing...

They did reply eventually, so I’ll give them that. It wasn’t exactly quick, and I’d kind of moved on by the time I heard back, i think I was making coffee and trying to remember if I’d watered my plants when the message came through. But yeah, they did respond in the end, and everything was fine after that

Our guide was the best part of the whole trip. He knew every rapid, explained exactly what to do without overcomplicating it, and somehow kept everything fun while still making us feel safe. You could tell he’s done this a million times. I’m usually a little skeptical when a company’s customer service says “don’t worry, you’ll be fine,” because that doesn’t always mean much, but the guide actually made us feel a lot less nervous once we were out there.

I had to change my dates at the last minute and, i was expecting it to be a hassle... but they made it easy. Everything got sorted out without much stress.

The water updates were easy to understand and helpful, which I appreciated. I just wish they came a bit faster, because some of the waiting around felt preventable.

As a beginner, I found this hard to figure out. The wording made it sound like it would be simple to get started, but that felt misleading once I actually tried using it. I spent more time guessing what to do than learning anything.

They showed up right on time, which I always notice because late arrivals tend to set the tone for the whole visit. No waiting around or wondering when someone would get there, just a smooth, punctual experience.

I used whitewaternow and the instructions were clear overall. I didn’t really have to guess what to do, which was nice. There were maybe one or two spots that could’ve used a little more detail, but it was still easy to follow and use. All in all, a good experiance.

I haven’t used it a ton yet, but just from the first look and feel, I’m assuming this equipment is going to hold up well. It seems sturdy and well-made so far.

I was hoping for a better experience with White Water. The site does work, but I found it a little confusing to navigate and it took me longer than expected to find the info I needed. Compared to some other outdoor booking sites I’ve used, this one felt less straightforward and a bit clunky. It got the job done in the end, but I can’t say I was very impressed.

It was quick and simple, honestly. I got through everything without any hassle, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
